It is with great joy that i welcome you all to this important occasion when we are celebrating again the matriculation of 2022/2023 set of our students.
Five years ago, the journey of establishing this college gradually started and you can see that the movement was rapid and look at where we are today, celebrating the matriculation of two hundred and ninety two (292) students in eight departments viz
i. Community Health with both senior Community Health Extension workers (CHEW) and Junior Community Health Extension workers (JCHEW)
ii. Pharmacy Technicians Department
iii. Medical Laboratory Technicians
iv. Environmental Health Department
v. Medical Imaging Technician(Radiography)
vi. Public Health Department
vii. Epidemiology and Disease Control Department
viii. Health Information Management Department
You can see that our college is sporadically expanding. We are glad to inform our students and audience that we have successfully gotten the accreditation of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). This will enable our students to be mobilized for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
It is equally a very good news that all Batches of our graduated students from three departments:
1. Medical Laboratory 2. Pharmacy Technicians
3.Community Health Department
got one hundred percent in their national board examinations.
Today is unique in the lives of these our students and the entire college because of its importance in the college curriculum. Matriculation ceremony is an event held annually which formally initiate the students into our academic and documentations, you are found worthy of this ceremony, and as such we community. It is worthy of note that after all the rigorous filtration processes officially congratulate you all. You must bear in mind that you have been enrolled to pursue, qualify and be licensed as a Health professional in your various specialties. You must know that in other professions, any mistake made can be corrected e.g.: a teacher can erase and correct him/her self but any mistake you make e.g.: administering intravenous injection (I.V) instead of intra muscular injection (I.M) to a patient or changing somebody's blood samples etc, somebody dies or irreversible damage is done, I therefore urge you to be perfect and professional in all your stay as a student and after as a licensed Health Care professional.
This address will be incomplete without thanking and appreciating the selfless founder and funder of this college, the Great Mama Pia, who gave all herself and everything about her including her life savings and their family house to humanity. May her gentle soul rest in peace.(Stand for one minute silence)
May I also at this time thank the hardworking and benevolent Priest of God, the Chairman of all our encompassing Governing council, Rev. Fr. Prof. Leo llechukwu. I say thank you sir and more power to your elbow. I also thank other members of governing Council here present, the Vice Chairman, Rev. Fr. Dr. Felix Ugwuozor, the registrar cum the Secretary, Dr. Sir Patrick Ugwu and others. The springing up of magnificent buildings; continual addition of new departments and successful accreditation visits by regulatory boards are eloquent testimonies that the governing council and the administration are effectively working hard and that the future is very bright. It is equally a good news that the Senate of Abia State university has graciously approved the affiliations of our college with their university to run (B.Sc) in Public Health. We are therefore, advising the general public to come forward to collect their entrance forms immediately.
To all our guests, thank you for coming and we wish you good stay and safe return back to your various homes.
We must also thank the management staff of the College for their dedication and commitment towards the outstanding growth of the College.
Once more, to our matriculating students, today is your day. An official seal is about to be put on your desire to be trained as a health practitioner. It is our sincere hope that your matriculation today, will spur you to pursue your
chosen career with greater determination. Please note that the college presently has zero tolerance to any form of examination misconduct and cultism. The challenges ahead of you are indeed enormous but surmountable with hard work, dedication and prayers. It shall be well with you"

It is with great appreciation that I welcome everyone to the third matriculation ceremony of the Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology Emene, Enugu State.
In the 3rd Matriculation Ceremony, Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology matriculated Five Hundred (500) students. In this 3rd edition; we are formally matriculating 520 students into departments of Community Health, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technician, Radiography, Public Health, Epidemiology, health information management and environmental health.
Presently, Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology has over 800 students on the campus.
Today's event is important because it marks the official enrolment of the matriculating students into Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology. It is with great joy that I welcome all the students into Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology Emene, Enugu State.
I trust God will use this college to nurture your growth and development in all facets of life. I congratulate your parents for the central roles they have played in your lives. It is my prayer that their labour will not be in vain.
Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology is an institution for the grooming of generational leaders. The college takes pride in training students in academic work. The College is focused on the character development of their students. It is based in the assumption that when they graduate from here, they will contribute meaningfully to develop mental discourse across the globe.
The goal at Peaceland College of Health Science and Technology is to raise godly men and women who will dominate in their various field of endeavours.
