The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, is set to take the centre stage on TVC Breakfast Saturday for a live discussion on the Fund’s expanding impact on access to higher education in Nigeria.
The appearance comes as NELFUND continues to record significant milestones in its student financing intervention, with more than 1.65 million applications processed and cumulative disbursements reaching ₦355.87 billion to students and tertiary institutions.
Sawyerr is expected to shed more light on the achievements recorded under the scheme, ongoing initiatives and the Fund’s efforts to ensure that financial challenges do not prevent Nigerian students from pursuing tertiary education.
