...Hails Her Life of Service and Compassion
The Deputy State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Enugu State, Hon. Peace Patrick, has felicitated with the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, as she celebrates her 66th birthday.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Patrick joined Nigerians across the country in celebrating the First Lady, describing her 66-year journey as one marked by faith, service, compassion and commitment to humanity.
She acknowledged Senator Oluremi Tinubu's years of public service, spanning her tenure as First Lady of Lagos State, her years in the Senate and her current role as First Lady of Nigeria, noting that each stage has provided her with opportunities to champion causes affecting women, children, families and vulnerable Nigerians.
According to her, the First Lady's humanitarian interventions through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) have continued to focus attention on the needs of Nigerians, particularly in education, healthcare, social support and economic empowerment.
“At 66, Your Excellency, we celebrate not just another year, but a remarkable journey of service, sacrifice and impact. Your example reminds us that public service is ultimately about touching lives and giving people reasons to hope,” Hon. Patrick said.
She also commended Senator Oluremi Tinubu for serving as a source of encouragement to Nigerian women and girls, expressing the hope that her example would continue to inspire greater confidence, participation and leadership among women across the country.
Hon. Patrick prayed for continued good health, wisdom, strength and fulfilment for the First Lady as she continues her public service and humanitarian engagements.
“Happy 66th Birthday, Your Excellency. May God continue to bless you, preserve you and grant you many more years of grace, peace and purposeful service,” she added.
The APC Enugu State Deputy Chairman's message further celebrated the First Lady's birthday as an opportunity to recognise her contributions to humanitarian causes and her continued advocacy for women, children and families.
