Enugu Air has unveiled a new official website, www.enuguairlines.ng, marking another step in the airline’s efforts to strengthen its digital presence and make its services more accessible to passengers.
The new platform will now serve as the airline’s digital home, providing passengers and prospective travellers with convenient access to essential services, including flight bookings, schedules, operational updates and other flight-related information.
The airline announced the transition in a message to its customers, describing the development as part of its continuing effort to improve the passenger experience.
“We’ve moved! We’re innovating! We’ve migrated to a better, safer and convenient website to connect you to the world,” the airline stated.
With the launch of the new platform, passengers can now visit www.enuguairlines.ng to make flight-related enquiries, access booking services, check schedules and keep up with the latest information from the airline.
Enugu Air also urged its customers to save the new web address and ensure that they use the new platform when accessing its online services.
The airline stressed that while the digital platform has changed, the Enugu Air brand and its services remain the same.
“Same Enugu Air. New web address,” the airline stated.
The development adds to the growing digital transformation of services associated with Enugu’s emerging aviation ecosystem, as Enugu Air continues to position itself around improved connectivity and a more convenient experience for travellers.
Enugu Air further clarified that its former website, enuguairlines.com, has been discontinued and is no longer the airline’s official online platform.
Passengers and prospective travellers are therefore advised to use only www.enuguairlines.ng for Enugu Air’s online services and flight-related information.
