...Seeks Water Intervention for Constituents.
The Member Enugu State House of Assembly representing Oji River Constituency, Hon Osita Eze, has commended the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for its commitment to grassroots and community development through the Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA).
Hon. Eze made the commendation during a courtesy visit to the General Manager/CEO of the Agency, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, at the CSDA office recently.
He expressed appreciation for the impactful interventions being implemented by the Agency across communities in the state, particularly its efforts to provide essential basic services and improve the living conditions of rural dwellers.
While highlighting the developmental needs of his constituents, Hon. Eze appealed to the Agency to consider water intervention in some communities within Oji River Constituency, where residents are faced with challenges accessing adequate water supply.
Hon. Eze further expressed his willingness to support initiatives that would bring meaningful development to communities in his constituency, noting that collaboration between elected representatives, government agencies and communities remains crucial to achieving sustainable development.
Responding, the General Manager/CEO of CSDA, Hon Monday Diamond Ani, appreciated the lawmaker for identifying with the Agency’s activities and for bringing the needs of his constituents to its attention.
Hon Diamond assured him that the request would receive the necessary attention in line with the Agency’s operational guidelines and assessment procedures.
The visit further underscores the growing collaboration between the Enugu State House of Assembly and the CSDA in advancing development agenda of the Enugu State Government and ensuring that the impact of government reaches communities across the state.
