...Provost commends Gov Peter Mbah's Community Development Drive.
The General Manager Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), Hon. Monday Diamond Ani recently received in Audience the Provost of Enugu State College of Education Technical (ESCET) Dr Mrs Stella Ekwueme in his Office.
During the visit, the Provost commended the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his people-oriented community development drive and initiatives being implemented through the Community and Social Development Agency.
She noted that the Agency's interventions in rural communities are positively impacting the lives of residents across the State.
The Provost used the opportunity to appeal to the General Manager to extend CSDA's interventions to the ESCET community by providing potable water, sanitation facilities, and livelihood support to improve the welfare of staff, students, and the host community, noting that ESCET population runs in thousands.
She also solicited similar interventions for the people of Iheakpu Obollo Community in Udenu Local Government Area.
Responding, Hon. Monday Diamond Ani appreciated the Provost for the visit and her confidence in the Agency's community-driven development programmes.
He reiterated CSDA's commitment to supporting communities through sustainable interventions in water supply, sanitation, and livelihood development in line with the development agenda of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, while encouraging eligible communities to continue partnering with the Agency for improved service delivery.
