Today, The Executive Chairman of Enugu North Local Government Area, Dr Ibenaku Harford Onoh, has signed the G-17 For Peter Mbah Endorsement Register, pledging strong grassroots support for the re-election of the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
The endorsement took place during a G-17 Local Government and Ward Executives Inauguration Held at Enugu North LGA Secretariat today, where the group's Convener, Board of Trustees Chairman and Director-General, Hon. Dr. Chinedu Mbah, formally presented the endorsement register to the council chairman and other stakeholders.
While addressing the newly inaugurated executives shortly after signing the register, Dr. Onoh reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Governor Mbah's second-term bid, expressing confidence that the governor's remarkable achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, economic development, and rural transformation have earned him overwhelming acceptance among the people of Enugu North Local Government Area.
The chairman noted that Governor Mbah's developmental strides across Enugu State have made the task of mobilisation easier, assuring that Enugu North Local Government would stand firmly behind the governor and contribute significantly to what he described as an expected landslide victory in 2027.
The presentation of the endorsement register marks another significant step in G-17's ongoing statewide grassroots mobilisation campaign aimed at consolidating support for Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah across the 17 local government areas of Enugu State.
