The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Enugu State Chapter, has released the list of its newly elected Local Government Area (LGA) chairmen following the successful conduct of congresses across all 17 LGAs of the state. The party described the exercise as peaceful and well-coordinated, congratulating all elected executives while urging members, leaders, stakeholders, and aspirants to remain united and committed to strengthening the party ahead of the 2027 general elections. The state leadership also assured party faithful that the official timetable for the 2027 electoral activities would be released in due course.

This is to inform the general public that the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Enugu State Chapter, has concluded its congresses across the 17 Local Government Areas of the state.
The congresses were conducted peacefully and successfully, leading to the emergence of new party executives at the local government level.
The party congratulates all those who emerged during the congresses and calls on members, leaders, stakeholders, and aspirants to work together in unity for the growth and progress of the party.
