Youths across the 36 states of the federation and beyond have been urged to utilize the opportunities presented in the real estate industry by Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd to empower their lives for the good of the country.

The Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd, Architect Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel, made this call on Friday during the Realtors Fest/Meet and Greet organized by the company at its South East regional office in Independence Layout, Enugu.

He stated that Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd has devoted its time to changing the narrative of the real estate sector by ensuring that both clients, realtors, partners, stakeholders, amongst others, get the value of their efforts and investment in service provision and delivery by the company.

He posited that the economic situation of this country has made it hard for people from some disadvantaged zones or families to survive, a situation he said is one that can push someone into committing crimes and other social vices to survive.

He also stated that Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd has acquired properties across the country, as well as in Kenya, Rwanda, and other countries, which a hardworking young person can, through strategic marketing and sales, use to make ends meet that would, in turn, transform their lives for good; adding that many have gotten empowered through this means.

Architect Onyekachi also stated that the company remains committed to building a transparent and inclusive real estate ecosystem where young people are given equal access to opportunities regardless of background.

He added that through consistent training, mentorship, and support systems, Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd is positioning itself as a platform for wealth creation and career development.

He also emphasized that the company will continue to expand its reach and strengthen its structures to accommodate more youths willing to take advantage of the opportunities.

“Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd is not just a real estate company; it is a movement aimed at redefining how business is done in Nigeria. We believe in integrity, accountability, and rewarding hard work. Our doors are open to every young Nigerian willing to learn and grow. Through dedication and consistency, anyone can build a sustainable income stream here. We are committed to supporting our realtors with the right tools, training, properties for sale, and also the environment needed to succeed and become financially independent in today’s challenging economy.”

Speaking with newsmen, the Manager of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd, Surveyor Steve Ibaro, stated that the initiative is designed to bring realtors, who are mostly youths, closer to opportunities that can shape their future positively.

He noted that the company has created a structure that supports both new and experienced realtors in achieving their goals.

According to him, with determination and proper guidance, young people can leverage the platform presented by Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd to attain financial stability.

Surveyor Ibaro, however, encouraged realtors and other stakeholders in the real estate industry to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to the process, assuring them that success is achievable within the system provided by Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd.

The mid-year Realtors Fest/Meet and Greet organized by Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd also gave realtors the opportunity to ask questions about the industry, get full knowledge of all the properties available at Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd, and also get empowered for their hard work and dedication, as many went home with some items such as fans, blenders, amongst others.
