ON 29th November,2024, the good people of Nkpunato-Nkpologu Autonomous Community led by the Traditional ruler of the Community,HRH Igwe Jude Okeke( Igwe Ezugwu Attah the 11 ) paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of Uzo-uwani Local Government Area, Hon.Barr.Chijioke Ezugwu.
During the visit, they thanked the Governor of Enugu state, Barr.Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for the choice of Ezugwu, their son to serve the local Government. They also appreciated the Governor for allowing Adada zone, particularly Nkpologu to produce the local Government Chairman, saying that such opportunity calls for celebration. They congratulated the Chairman on his election and wished him a successful tenure.
Continuing, the Traditional ruler who spoke on behalf of the community also provided an insightful briefing on the advancements achieved so far by Ezugwu within two months in office. He also thanked the Chairman for the good work which he has started in his Community which include grading/ clearing of the both sides of the only access road leading to his Community, also appealing the Chairman to assist in completing the electricity project in the community.
