Happy Birthday to our esteemed Chairman of Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) and Pioneer Member Enugu Political Arena, Assoc. Prof. Hyginus Banko.
My first encounter with Assoc. Prof. Banko Hyginus Okibe was ordained by God and as such, I discovered a man full of humour, high sense of reasoning and an integrity personified.
During my interactions with him, I saw myself thinking deep on how best to adjust my life so as to emulate this rare breed.
Along the line, I quickly asked him how best we can transcribe his lifestyle as a working document for the future generations. I really endeared him having shared several progressive ideas and innovative ways to enhance and transform our society.
Finally, Assoc. Prof. Banko is an idol, an encyclopedia, an academic guru, an outstanding educational administrator, a high principled personality and above all, a God fearing family man.
