The Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission (ENSIEC) has officially announced that local government elections will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024. In a public service announcement dated May 17, 2024, Prof. Christian Ngwu, Executive Chairman of ENSIEC, invited all registered political parties and the general public to review the election guidelines available at the ENSIEC Headquarters in Independence Layout, Enugu.

NOTICE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS
The Enugu State Independent Electoral commission wishes to inform all registered political parties and the general public that local government elections in the State will be held on Saturday, 5th October, 2024.
Election guidelines and other details can be collected from the Headquarters of Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission (ENSIEC) at Independence Layout Enugu.
