The Enugu State Government has issued a public service announcement regarding the ongoing verification exercise for local government and primary school pensioners. To streamline the process, verification teams will visit each senatorial zone for biometric capturing and issue resolution. The schedule for the visits is as follows:
Enugu North Senatorial Zone: Nsukka Local Government Headquarters from April 3rd to April 9th, 2024.
Enugu West Senatorial Zone: Udi Local Government Headquarters from April 10th to April 16th, 2024.
Enugu East Senatorial Zone: Enugu South Local Government Headquarters from April 17th to April 23rd, 2024.
Pensioners who completed the online process must bring their Pension Authority and Online Verification Printout for review and biometric capturing. Overseas Pensioners/Diaspora should complete online self-registration and schedule a virtual verification session via email. The state government emphasizes the importance of participation to ensure accurate pension disbursement.

Verification Exercise for Local Government and Primary School Pensioners
In light of the ongoing verification exercise for pensioners of local government and primary school teachers in the state, we are pleased to announce that the verification team will be embarking on visits to each senatorial zone.
These visits aim to conduct biometric capturing and rectify any issues encountered by individual pensioners throughout the process.
*Enugu North Senatorial Zone:*

• *Dates*: April 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, and 9th, 2024.
*Enugu West Senatorial Zone:*
• *Venue*: Udi Local Government Headquarters
• *Dates*: April 10th, 11th, 12th, 15th, and 16th, 2024.

• Pensioners who have completed the online process are expected to come on site with their Pension Authority and Online Verification Printout for review and biometric capturing afterward.
