The humanitarian healthcare initiative of the former Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme has once again showed it's continued commitment to the well-being of Enugu citizens through the latest surgical intervention that saved the lives of four individuals on the 7th of January 2024.
The sister of one of the beneficiaries, Onyinyechi Utazi took to the social media to pour avalanche of praises on Rt. Hon. Ugwuanyi for his compassionate intervention on her sister, Utazi Maryrose (07042228974) who hails from Uvuru and was delivered from Appendicitis through Appendectomy which was done on her free of charge, the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme on Sunday, the 7th of January.
Another beneficiary, Ezugwu Godwin (09127259342) from Ugbene-Ajima who came with a case of Abnormal growth on his neck found succour in the healthcare initiative as his abnormal growth was completely corrected. His family was filled with gratitude to Gbod for saving their son through Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's legacy and appreciation to the medical team who did a wonderful job without demanding a dime from them.
Following the Sunday Surgical Operations by Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme, Chinedu Chikaodili (09131700571) from Nimbo with abnormal growth on the right leg also benefited as Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme corrected his abnormal growth.
Residing in Enugu Metropolis, six-year-old Iruoma Omeje from Nru was saved from Right femoral hernia through the same batch of surgical operations by the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme. The success of these interventions highlights the impactful legacy of Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in prioritizing the health and well-being of the people.
