Hon. Mrs. Ngozi Enih, the Commissioner for Children, Gender Affairs, and Social Development in Enugu State, unequivocally condemned child brutality and emphasized the gravity of these heinous acts. The ministry has issued a stern warning to all individuals, be they relatives, parents, or guardians, that any mistreatment of children will be met with the full force of the law in Enugu State.
The young victims who have suffered from these cruel acts are now receiving medical treatment and necessary support under the care of the Ministry of Children, Gender Affairs, and Social Development.
