The Ogbaku Anglican Community held its Annual Women Conference yesterday, centered around the theme "2 Peter 3:1 - What manner of persons ought ye to be." The event, which took place in Ogbaku, Awgu local government area of Enugu state, was graced by the presence of Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu RG.
The conference was led by Mrs. Onovo, who radiated cheerfulness and enthusiasm in welcoming the esteemed guest, Dist Sen Osita Ngwu, to this year's annual Anglican women conference.
During his address, Senator Osita Ngwu, who represents the people of Enugu West in the Red Chamber, encouraged the attendees to embody courage and dedication in all their endeavors, especially as they united in significant numbers for the event.
In the absence of Senator Ngwu, his representation was notable through a strong contingent of individuals from his team. His Senior Special Assistant on Constituency Matters, Hon Emeka Udeh, and Special Assistants on Mobilization, High Chief Chidi Ejinaka Ogbuefi, Hon Umeh Henry Ikenna, and Hon Gedion Okolo were among those present. Hon Chidiebere Nicholas, along with Hon Emma Chukwu, the Legislative Assistant on Media and Public Enlightenment, also marked their presence.
In her expression of gratitude, Mrs. Onovo conveyed her confidence in Senator Ngwu's leadership. She acknowledged his extensive appointments across all wards in Enugu West, praising his commitment to the region's progress. Mrs. Onovo concluded with a heartfelt prayer for God's guidance, protection, and continued success in Senator Ngwu's responsibilities as he leads Enugu West in the Red Chamber.
