Barr. Sam Otoboeze was recently elected the new President of Nsukka Chamber of Commerce, Industry Mines and Agriculture (NSCCIMA). His election was dreamed by the members of NSCCIMA meaning that he was unanimously elected unopposed. NSCCIMA members believed that Barr. Otoboeze has set high standard level of performance both in private and public service when he was former security chief ExxonMobil, and former Managing Director ( Security) NNPC.
