The Dr. Peter Mbah led administration shall develop, codify and publish the Enugu State Citizen's Charter shall define the promises to Ndi-Enugu regarding fiscal responsibility, public fianncial management and economic development.

The Peter Mbah led administration shall publish State Accounts and implememt quarterly delivery of *"Accountability Reporting"* the Local Government, Civil Service Commission and State Cabinent. 

"We shall enact Executive Performance Contracts to hold Government accountable"

To ensure the economic development of Enugu State, Vote Dr. Peter Mbah as Governor come March 11th 2023
