It was a mother of all endorsement rally yesterday 19th of February, 2023 at Awgu local government headquarters as the good people of Enugu west in their ranks and files thronged the venue in exciting spirit and colourful regalia to boldly stamp their total endorsement for Dr.Peter Mbah for the Governorship of Enugu State.
Hon.Anthony Nwankwo (Okwadike), the PDP candidate for Awgu South State Constituency, Enugu State House of Assembly was evidently present with his support groups alongside other distinguished leaders and their support groups to express their total support for the incoming disruptive innovation- driven governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Mbah.
The rally also witnessed the presence of the governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Dr.Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (CON) who in his fatherly and compassionate manner before his speech, called for a solemn prayer for the quick release of Dist.Sen. Ike Ekweremandu. In his speech, he called on NDI Enugu West to massively vote for Peter Mbah who is coming to consolidate on the achievement of his administration and to take Enugu State to enviable height in economic prosperity.
Dr. Peter Mbah who was overwhelmed by the mammoth crowd of supporters expressed his appreciation to ndi Enugu West stating that the massive support is already sending jitters to the opposition parties. He promised to compensate the massive endorsement with massive infrastructural development of Enugu West when elected into power.
The highpoint of the event was when thousands of All Progressive Congress ( APC) members led by Hon. Chikwando Chukwunta, former APC acting chairman Enugu State publicly denounce their membership in APC and surrendered it to PDP.
NDl Enugu west has spoken with one voice.
The party to vote for is PDP.
The Candidate to vote for is Dr. Peter Mbah.
