Dr Peter Mbah's Articulated Development Plan will Revolutionise the Agricultural Sector and Encourage Industrial Growth as His Administration Will Launch Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZs) In the 3 Senatorial Zones

"The objective of our programmes in the agricultural sector shall be to "Feed Enugu State and turn the State into a Food- Basket for Nigeria and a hub for export of cash crops. The target is to eliminate food insecurity in the State by 2031 through massive investments in technologies for agricultural productivity in the State"

Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZs) will be launched in each Senatorial zones of the state to facilitate access to fertiliser, machinery, processing and other logistics equipment. 

Agriculture will also be made a profitable business that creates jobs for Youth and Women.

All these we hope to achieve through coordinating Government support to farmers and non-farm actors in agribusiness industrial sector and attracting local and international partners to provide technical support to agribusiness actors
