Jubilant Enugu teachers cheer, endorse the candidatures of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for Senatorial and Governorship positions on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) respectively, at the Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB) Teachers Summit, held at Michael Okpara Square, Enugu, on Saturday, as the governor who is the PDP candidate for Enugu North Senatorial District proposes more welfare packages for the teachers.
Commending Governor Ugwuanyi for his remarkable achievements in the education sector and beyond, the PDP governorship candidate, Dr. Mbah, pledged to continue with the programmes and policies of the present administration aimed at enhancing quality education and welfare of the teachers.
