Yesterday Nsukka youths for good governance led by Comr Clinton Ogbonna and Comr Ugwu Fidelis toured the markets in Nsukka local government.
They visited the popular Ogige market and Ikpa market where they sensitized Nsukka residents on where to vote during February general election and taught them how to vote too.
Nsukka youths for good governance for months have been campaigning for the candidates of the people's democratic party from Enugu State.
They took time to explain to Nsukka residents about the good works of his Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and the need for Nsukka people to resciprocate the good gestures his Excellency has demonstrated.
In his words, Hon. Clinton Ogbonna explained that, His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has discharged his duties creditably and deserves our support, he has done a lot for the good people of Nsukka and ofcourse developed the University town of Nsukka while making sure that rural areas are not left out.
His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi attracted The Federal polytechnic at Ohodo and of course started and built State University of Medicine and Applied Sciences.
His Excellency didn't stop there, he gave us the first press center of first class standard, he gave us a befitting stadium and good roads.
Speaking at the event, Comr. Fidelis also explained to the jubilant voters why Gburugburu deserves our support stating that he has paid his dues.
According to him, one good turn deserves another. He reiterated the need to vote for his Excellency, stating that going for the Senate would avail his Excellency the opportunity to consolidate all the developmental projects he has initiated.
Speaking on the Peter Mbah/Ossai Guber ticket, he highlighted the need to build votes around a man with clear cut manifesto and visible means of actualizing it.
According to him, only Peter Mbah can manage and even innovate the existing projects in Enugu State while aggressively disrupting the system to pave way for a 21st century governance standard in Enugu State.
Another speaker from Enugu who joined the tour Hon. Pamela also sensitized Nsukka residents on the need to get their PVCs and elect His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as the senator representing Enugu North senatorial zone. She enumerated his Excellency's giant strides in leadership and declared that one good turn deserves another.
Nsukka residents were excited as they vowed to vote Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi come February 25th.
