National development can be described as all inclusiveness in building institution, market, agencies, individuals and organization that are in one way or the other involved in the process of development and in the pursuit of the development objectives/goals of Enugu west.
RG will give his maximum support direct or indirectly to develop Enugu west. As a development agent, he will work along with the appropriate authorities to influence dividend of democracy to all the four corners of Enugu west and give them sense of belonging.
RG being the agent of development in Enugu west have the lucrative general knowledge of development, so as to know where and how to channel his attention, this will ensure that mandate and support of Enugu west is in partnership in managing the affairs and infrastructural development.
FOUR MAJOR ROLES ENGR OSITA NGWU (RG) WILL PLAY IN RED CHAMBER AS AGENT OF DEVELOPMENT.
RG will provide initiative and ideas that will effect the five local government in Enugu west which will inculcate and include in their development plans/strategies to move forward.
RG will provide infrastructures and empowerment of people actively involved in the whole process of development.
RG will provide information that will help Enugu west make quality decisions and better policies, and design better strategic program.
Engr Osita Ngwu will offer financial aids to (ie) by sponsoring most of the local government development programs.
