2023: Barr. Peter Mbah’s Administration to Institute New Incentive Schemes to Help Drive Performance Across the Public Service Sector. Grow Enugu Agenda Project

Human Capital Development is one of the most valuable resources available to a State for generating economic growth, and Dr. Peter Mbah’s administration will prioritize capacity building for the members of the public service.

To this end, Peter Mbah’s administration will embark on training and retraining of Public and Civil Servants for optimiztion of productivity and to imbibe the right work culture necessary for the achievements we plan for the state.

New incentive schemes such as including periodic awards for performing public service staff from various MDAs will be instituted.
