The effectiveness of (MBO) system bring out common elements which maybe described as features of MBO, RG while representing the good people of Enugu west in red chamber will set four techniques which will standardized his performance.
ADMINISTRATIVE GOAL SETTING: Refers to the top most position in Enugu west Senatorial zone, in the light of MBO RG will set preliminary goals after consulting other stakeholders, after their goals are stated in specific term which will enable Engr Osita Ngwu to ascertain the major priorities of Enugu west and how to actualize them.
PARTICIPATION IN ENUGU WEST POLITICS: This involvement of everybody in the setting of objectives, the implies proper achievement, greater mutual participation of RG and entire Enugu west must be encouraged.
DISCRETION OF IMPLEMENTATION: Having set and agreed upon the objectives, the individuals concerned should be given wide range of autonomy in selecting the means to reach the objectives, and this, within the framework of the policies of RG to run open door policy and inclusive governance.
REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE: As a feedback mechanism, periodic interview as a progress review techniques will be held between RG and Enugu west.
The review will base on measurable performance results, in this process of review RG and Enugu west will identify deviation and correct them (If any) otherwise the objectives or the next period may not be reviewed.
