Strategic can be described as the set of decision and actions that results in the formulation and implementation of plans designed to achieve the objectives of Enugu west in red chamber.
It is also a set decision and actions that results in the design and activation of strategies to achieve the objectives of every individual in Enugu west.
RG while representing Enugu west in Senate, will address specific future needs of Enugu west and in the sameway, make decisions that pervades all the interest of general public. In another words, RG will effect dividend of democracy in all the five local government in Enugu west in order to meet their needs which is the aim and objectives of entire Enugu west for believing in his mandate.
RG believe in social system where all will be allow for a bearable environment with fair and equitable distribution of resources/capital which the potential will tap to give a viable economic system in Enugu west.

Engr Osita Ngwu will encourage development of circular metabolism in our industrial and settlement (residential) development.
RG will minimize the use of non-renweable resources through the 3Rs Reduce, Rescue and Recycle.
Engr Osita Ngwu will maintain the load capacity of ecosystem and minimize pollution and damage of environment and health of all Enugu west citizens.
RG will ensure creation of environment awareness in all parts of the Enugu west.
