Enugu State is celebrating the birth anniversary of the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Osinachi Austin Nnajieze, a distinguished legal luminary whose career spans Nigeria and the international legal community.

Nnajieze, who was appointed Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice by Governor Peter Mbah in December 2025, previously served as Special Adviser on Legal Matters from 2023 to 2025.

A seasoned legal practitioner, Nnajieze is qualified to practise across Nigeria, Australia, New Zealand and Victoria. He also previously served as Principal of Regent Lawyers in Melbourne, Australia, where he built extensive experience in governance, public law and legal practice.

Since joining the Enugu State Government, he has been involved in key legal and institutional reforms aimed at strengthening the justice system and improving the efficiency of government legal processes.

His professional background and experience across multiple jurisdictions have continued to add depth to his responsibilities as the state’s chief law officer, particularly in providing legal guidance on government policies, legislation and institutional development.

As he marks another year, colleagues, members of the legal profession, government officials and well-wishers join in celebrating Barr. Nnajieze and wishing him continued wisdom, good health and greater accomplishments in his service to Enugu State and the legal profession.

Happy Birthday to the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Osinachi Austin Nnajieze.
