The Chairman of Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area, Hon Barr Ferdinand Ugwueze, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), commending the Governor for its impactful humanitarian interventions and community-driven development initiatives across Enugu State through the Agency.
Received by the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of CSDA, Hon Monday Diamond Ani, the Mayor who is also the Deputy Chairman of ALGON Enugu State described the Agency as a vital instrument for delivering essential services to vulnerable communities and improving the living conditions of rural dwellers.
He further expressed appreciation for the opportunity to interact with the Agency’s management and staff, noting that CSDA’s work demonstrates the importance of responsive and people-oriented governance.
He also acknowledged the Agency’s contributions in areas including water supply, sanitation and other basic social services, stressing that such interventions have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of ordinary citizens, promising to propel a robust partnership between the Agency and Igbo-Eze South LGA.
Responding, Hon. Ani welcomed the Mayor and thanked him for visiting the Agency, assuring him of CSDA’s continued commitment to grassroots development and improved welfare for communities across the state.
The visit provided an opportunity for both parties to strengthen collaboration and deepen the relationship between the Local Government and CSDA in advancing grassroots development and improving the quality of life of the people.
