....A distinguished legal practitioner, humanitarian, gender advocate and transformational leader, Barr. Mrs. Nnenna Anozie is set to bring her wealth of experience, passion and insight to the Impact Business Innovation Summit 2026 as a Guest Speaker.

With more than 18 years of professional experience spanning law, public service, advocacy and community development, Anozie has built a reputation around justice, service, women’s empowerment and the advancement of vulnerable members of society.

She is the Founder and President of the Nnenna Anozie Foundation (NAF), a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing social justice, improving access to justice and empowering women, youths and other vulnerable groups across Nigeria.

Through the Foundation’s legal clinic, Anozie has championed initiatives that provide free legal services to indigent women and girls, working with partner organisations to protect rights and ensure that vulnerable citizens are not denied justice because of their circumstances.

Her leadership credentials extend beyond the courtroom. She previously served as Chairperson of the League of Women Voters of Nigeria, Enugu State, and currently serves as National Financial Secretary of the African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA) and National Adviser of Umuada Igbo in Nigeria and the Diaspora.

She is a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), as well as an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. She also previously served as a Customary Court Judge in Enugu State.

Beyond her legal career, Anozie has remained a strong voice for good governance, inclusion, women’s leadership and gender equality. Her commitment to public service led her to contest the 2019 Enugu State Governorship Election under the platform of the Fresh Democratic Party.

Her humanitarian and community-development efforts have earned her several recognitions, including an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarian Services from Prowess University, Delaware, United States, alongside awards from institutions and professional bodies, including RATAWU, Enugu State, and Coal City University.

A woman of faith, Anozie is an ordained Assistant Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), where she serves alongside her husband.

Away from her professional engagements, she is a devoted wife, mother, mentor and advocate for humanity, with a life of service centred on raising leaders, empowering the vulnerable and creating opportunities for people to realise their potential.
