The Wife of the Executive Chairman of Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area and Deputy ALGON Enugu State, Barr. Mrs. Empress Ugo-Ferdinand, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Wife of the Executive Chairman of Nkanu East Local Government Area and ALGON Chairperson, Mrs. Rita Edeh, describing her as a compassionate humanitarian and a shining example of selfless service.
