Christians and residents of Enugu State are gearing up for a special thanksgiving and prophetic celebration as Prophetess Favour I. Nnaji commemorates 20 years of successful and impactful Wednesday Prophetic Ministry, spanning from 2006 to 2026.
The event, themed "Celebration of Grace," is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. at Christ Ascension Church, No. 1 Ascension Road, off Monkey Roundabout, Independence Layout, Enugu.
According to the organisers, the anniversary celebration is designed to appreciate God for two decades of divine faithfulness, testimonies, transformed lives, and the remarkable growth of the Wednesday Prophetic Ministry, which has become a beacon of hope and spiritual revival for many believers within and outside Enugu State.
Over the years, the Wednesday ministry has gained recognition for its emphasis on fervent prayer, prophetic declarations, thanksgiving, healing, and the teaching of God's Word. Through the ministry, countless worshippers have testified to experiencing breakthroughs, restoration, and renewed spiritual strength.
Speaking ahead of the celebration, Prophetess Favour I. Nnaji described the journey as one marked by God's unending grace and faithfulness.
"From the inception of the Wednesday ministry till now, it has been from one level of glory to another. Even amidst the storms and shakings, God has always proved Himself faithful," she said.
She called on Christians, friends, and well-wishers to join in the thanksgiving celebration and partake in the grace that has sustained the ministry over the past two decades.
Christ Ascension Church, popularly known as the Ascension Centre, has over the years established itself as a vibrant centre for worship, prayer, and spiritual empowerment in Enugu. Situated strategically at Independence Layout, the church has become renowned for hosting revival meetings, prophetic gatherings, and programmes aimed at strengthening the faith of believers and fostering deeper communion with God.
The church's Wednesday gatherings, in particular, have attracted worshippers from different parts of the state and beyond, making the ministry one of the notable midweek prophetic assemblies in the region.
The forthcoming "Celebration of Grace" is therefore expected to draw ministers of the gospel, church leaders, dignitaries, and hundreds of worshippers who will gather to thank God for the impact of the ministry and celebrate the enduring grace upon the life and service of Prophetess Favour I. Nnaji.
As anticipation builds, organisers say the event promises to be a memorable moment of thanksgiving, praise, testimonies, and prophetic impartation, as participants reflect on twenty years of God's faithfulness and look forward to greater dimensions of grace in the years ahead.
