C. Nwatu.

‎Governor Mbah was represented at the event by Prof. George Ugwu, Commissioner for Health, Enugu State, who commended the donor for his patriotic gesture and contribution to grassroots development. He noted that the intervention aligns with the administration’s vision of strengthening primary healthcare delivery and expanding access to quality medical services across rural communities.

‎In his address, Hon. Edeh, who hails from Ugbawka, described the project as a significant contribution to the health and wellbeing of residents and neighbouring communities. He emphasized that improved healthcare infrastructure remains central to sustainable development, assuring that the council would ensure proper management and maintenance of the facilities to guarantee long-term impact.

‎Rear Admiral Nwatu explained that the initiative was motivated by a desire to give back to his community and support government efforts in advancing public health.
