The First Lady of Enugu State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Mbah, on Friday, embarked on a memorable humanitarian and empowerment visit to Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area, where she demonstrated exceptional compassion and leadership through a series of impactful activities.
During the visit, Mrs. Mbah commissioned and donated a fully furnished residential building to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Chisom Odo, who recently welcomed a set of quintuplets — a gesture widely praised as a shining example of her deep commitment to maternal and child welfare.
The First Lady also graced the graduation and matriculation ceremony of 250 beneficiaries at the Mario Institute of Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship Education, where she commended the council’s ongoing efforts in youth empowerment, skill acquisition, and entrepreneurship development.
In recognition of her outstanding humanitarian service and unwavering dedication to the upliftment of the less privileged, the Enugu North Zonal Traditional Rulers Council conferred on her the prestigious traditional title of “Ife Ka Ugo I of Nsukka Zone.”
