As Enugu State marks two transformative years under the stewardship of Governor Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, accolades continue to pour in from across the state and beyond. One of the most resounding tributes has come from the Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET), a prominent women-led advocacy group committed to empowerment, social justice, and good governance.
In a goodwill message signed by its President, Comrade (Mrs.) Ezeaku Patience Uche-Udo, WOSCONET commended Governor Mbah for what it described as “exemplary, visionary, and innovative leadership” that has catalyzed a new era of growth and human development in Enugu State.
WOSCONET highlighted the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure development, healthcare delivery, digital transformation, and youth empowerment as hallmarks of a government driven by purpose and impact.
“We, the Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET), wish to joyfully congratulate His Excellency, Barr. Peter Mbah, on the occasion of his second year in office as the Executive Governor of Enugu State. These two years have been defined by transformative leadership and the kind of visionary policies that touch lives across every demographic,” the statement reads.
“As women, mothers, professionals, and community builders, we are proud to associate with a leader who has redefined the meaning of public service. The statement was accompanied by a specially designed congratulatory banner featuring images of Governor Mbah inspecting projects, alongside visuals of major developments across the state—health centres, smart schools, and infrastructure projects that serve as physical testimonies to his government’s performance.
WOSCONET’s President, Comr. Ezeaku Patience Uche-Udo, who has consistently championed the cause of women’s inclusion in governance and policy implementation, further praised the governor for his sensitivity to gender equity and his administration’s support for women-led initiatives.
