The Special Adviser to the Governor of Enugu State on Legislative Matters, Rt. Hon. Paul Nnajiofor JP, FCAi, has felicitated with His Excellency, Barr. Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the Executive Governor of Enugu State, on the occasion of his 53rd birthday.
In his goodwill message, Rt. Hon. Nnajiofor described Governor Mbah as a dynamic and result-oriented leader whose visionary administration has positively transformed governance and service delivery in the state within a short period.
"Your Excellency, your style of leadership is very ingenious and development-oriented, having serious positive and appreciable impacts on the lives of the people of Enugu State. It is not disputable that your astute administration, through your disruptive innovation leadership, has enhanced good governance and service delivery within less than a year," Nnajiofor stated.
Highlighting the governor’s achievements, he noted that numerous developmental projects have been scattered across the state, significantly improving Enugu's development index ratings to a higher level above other states in Nigeria.
