Mrs. Amaka Nweke JP, the Founder of the Amaka Nweke Foundation and Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET), has extended her warmest congratulations to Her Excellency, Mrs. Nkechinyere Iheoma Mbah, the First Lady of Enugu State, for receiving multiple honors at the African Iconic Women Recognition Awards 2025.

Amb. Mrs. Amaka Nweke, a passionate advocate for women’s rights and social justice, described the First Lady’s recognition as a victory for all women striving to build a better society. She applauded Mrs. Mbah’s unwavering commitment to uplifting the vulnerable, particularly her interventions for victims of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (GBV), providing them with hope, shelter, and justice.
“Her Excellency’s leadership and compassion shine through everything she does. Her initiatives have changed lives, equipped our youths with skills and opportunities, and created safe havens for women and children facing domestic violence.
