The parade will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Dragon Recreation Centre, 82 Division Nigerian Army, Enugu, starting promptly at 10:00 AM. This mandatory exercise, led by Dr. Barr. Emeka Igwesi, the State Commandant, seeks to address issues of redundant membership, impersonation, and unauthorized recruitment, ensuring a streamlined and verified roster of active members.

NOTICE OF STATE/GENERAL RE-ORGANIZATION PARADE OF NIGERIAN LEGION CORPS OF COMMISSIONAIRS, ENUGU STATE (RE-STRUCTURING, MEMBERSHIP AND I.D CARD CAPTURING)
NOTICE is hereby given to every member (officers, men, honorary, diaspora) of the Nigerian Legion Corps of Commissionairs in Enugu State that the State Reorganization Parade holds as follows:
Venue: Dragon Recreation Centre, 82 Division Nigerian Army, Enugu.
Date: Saturday, 7th September, 2024.
Time: 10am dot.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two passport photos on white background.
- Authentic Service ID card (Even if expired) (If any).
- Any other documents from Nigerian Legion.
- Originals and photocopies of all Credentials.
- Parade support (Not less ₦2,000.).
- Written suggestion/memo (not compulsory).
ATTENDANCE is mandatory.
All Area Cmdrs, Honorary and Diaspora Cmdrs must ensure and organize all personnel to attend.
Dress Code: Full uniform.

This Is to bring to your knowledge that the re-organization and re-form exercise of the COC is to address the issues of redundant and dead-membership, impersonations, budding and illegal recruitments, outnumber, hence the overhauling, ascertaining and down-sizing membership in the State to a known and identifiable number.
Take Note that the reorganization and reform exercise is to come up with the clear names and particulars of persons who are still members of the COC in Enugu State. This data will be used for all purposes, for valid and new Identity Card, and any other incidentals of COC in Enugu State.
In otherwords, any person after the reform exercise not published in the Nominal Roll ceases to be a member of COC in Enugu State.
