Locations For #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria Protest Across the 35 States Released


The convener of the #RevolutionNow Movement and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has announced the designated locations for the upcoming #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest. The demonstration is set to take place in 35 states across the nation, emphasizing the widespread discontent with current governance practices.

Sowore has encouraged Nigerians to participate actively and to suggest additional locations in their towns or cities if not already listed.

Lagos State will witness protests in multiple locations including Ikorodu, Lagos Island, Lekki/Ajah axis, Badagry, Ikeja, and Epe.


Kano State will see the protests held in Kano city.


In Bauchi State, the protests will be in Azare and Bauchi town.


For Enugu State, demonstrators will gather in Enugu city and the university town of Nsukka.


Jigawa State will have protests in Dutse and Kazaure.


In Ekiti State, protests will be held in Ado-Ekiti and Ikere-Ekiti.


Cross River State will see its protests in Calabar.


In the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), protest locations are Gwags and the Central Business District.


Imo State will see protests in Owerri.


For Abia State, the designated locations are Aba and Umuahia.


Anambra State will host protests in Awka and Onitsha.
