Hon Pedro Nwankwo, who previously served as the chairman of Awgu Local Government Council, congratulated Mrs. Onoh on behalf of the group. The PVC Ambassadors Support Group, which includes members from all 17 local governments and 260 wards in Enugu State, is known for its extensive mobilization and sensitization efforts. The group has been crucial in encouraging residents to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), promoting active political participation and reducing voter apathy. Over its seven years of operation, the group has tirelessly worked to educate the public on the importance of voting and to combat negative perceptions about politics.
During the last general election, the PVC Ambassadors Support Group strongly supported the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and achieved notable success, especially in Awgu Local Government Area, where Hon Pedro Nwankwo is from, as well as in other local government areas across Enugu State.
