One Year in Office: Gov. Mbah, an Epitome of Excellence, Good Governance – Nwodo

As encomiums continue to pour on Barr Peter Mbah, the Enugu State Governor, over his unprecedented achievements in the last one year in office from notable members of the society, a business mogul, Hon Chidera Nwodo, has congratulated the governor for proving that his much anticipated disruptive innovation was possible with its fruitful impact spreading among the people.

Hon. Nwodo, who is also an investor in real estate and hospitality, gave this commendation in a goodwill message celebrating the governor’s one year in office, on Wednesday in Enugu, stressing that the governor represents an epitome of hope, excellence and good governance across the country.

In the statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen, Nwodo maintained that the state had witnessed a paradigm shift and departure from the obsolete and traditional form of governance to a technologically-driven leadership structure anchored on disruptive innovation.

He further lauded the governor as already surpassing the target and timeline set for his administration in the last one year, adding that the economy was already rebounding from the national economic crisis bedeviling the country.

“The management and staff of Glorious Properties Nigeria Limited and Colliery Guest House, Enugu, is essentially glad to identify with this new era that the state is witnessing today. It was made possible because of the disruptive innovation which Governor Peter Mbah introduced into the system.

“The Governor’s exceptional leadership prowess which has driven our state from the jugular of asphyxiation of bad leadership and national economic challenges to self-asserting, thriving economy is a testimony that hope abounds for our people,” part of the statement read.

Nwodo further insisted that the administration has set new record across board in the areas of infrastructure, education, water, sanitation, healthcare delivery, security, agriculture and technology.

He enjoined the people to key into the robust programmes of the state government by discharging their responsibilities as citizens, even as he expressed optimism that the state would soon join the league of industrialised states.
