In a commendable act of support for youth empowerment and education, the Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET) has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency, Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the Executive Governor of Enugu State. The commendation comes in response to Governor Mbah's decision to award a full scholarship to Master Israel Echezona, a 17-year-old aspiring pilot who emerged as the overall best candidate in the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria.
Amb. Mrs Amaka Nweke JP, the President of WOSCONET, lauded Governor Mbah's decision, stating, "Your Excellency, thank you so much for your benevolence and large heart towards a young aspiring male pilot. We are deeply grateful for this gesture, as we also support the empowerment of young talented boys."

Under Governor Mbah's leadership, the Enugu State Government will not only offset the N23.2 million initial fee for Master Israel Echezona's pilot training but will also take charge of all remaining financial obligations until he completes the program. This significant investment in the future of a talented young individual has been hailed as a testament to Governor Mbah's dedication to ensuring a brighter future for Enugu State.
"We are pleased to learn that your administration will not only offset the initial fee but will also take charge of all remaining financial obligations until Master Israel Echezona completes the program," Amb.
