VERIFICATION EXERCISE: Enugu State Gov't Commences Verification Exercise on Certificate of Registrations of Crèches, NGOs, CSOs, Others


In line with Governor Peter Mbah's visionary approach to governance and social development, the Enugu State Ministry of Children, Gender Affairs, and Social Development has issued a public notice, urging owners of crèches, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) in Enugu State to visit the Ministry's office for a Verification Exercise.

Owners are advised to visit the Ministry's office with documents for verification at No. 5 FSP Road Independence Layout, WAEC Bus Stop, on or before February 29th 2024, to avoid government sanctions.

Mrs. Ngozi Enih, the Honourable Commissioner for Children, Gender Affairs, and Social Development, emphasized the importance of compliance, while urging the affected Entities to Register or Renew their Certificate of Registrations (for unregistered entities) within the given deadline above.

The Ministry seeks the cooperation of all concerned entities to ensure a smooth and timely renewal or registration process as failure to adhere to the directive may result in government sanctions.
