Prof Nweze Congratulates Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah on Appeal Court Victory on Friday, Says "Jack Solo's Victory is Divine"

An erudite professor and the serving Rector of The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, Prof. Augustine Uchechukwu Nweze has sent heartfelt felicitations to Hon. Solomon Izuchukwu Onah popular known as Jack Solo, for his Victorious Emergence as the rightful winner of Udenu Constituency in the State House of Assembly in the last election, saying "Jack Solo's Victory is Divinely Ordained".

In his congratulatory statement that conveyed his goodwill messages, Prof. Augustine Uchechukwu Nweze stated; "Congratulations Jack Solo on reclaiming your mandate in the Appeal Court!, Your perseverance and commitment to the legal process have been truly commendable. Your resilience to justice have triumphed as the Appeal Court reinstates your mandate. Your dedication to public service shines brightly. Wishing you continued success in serving your constituents. Indeed, your victory is divine. Congratulations!"

In his statement, Prof. Nweze acknowledged the judiciary's commitment to justice that brought about Hon. Onah's victory. The three-member panel, led by Honourable Justice Adie Attoe Onyebueke, delivered the verdict on September 30th following a petition by the Peoples Democratic Party's candidate, Solomon Izuchukwu Onah.

During the Appeal Court Ruling and Final Verdict, the appellate court affirmed the lower court's earlier decision, consequently mandated the electoral commission to issue a certificate of return to Hon. Onah, securing his position as the legitimate representative for Udenu Constituency in the State House of Assembly.
