Uzo-Uwani Mayor, Rt. Hon. Celestine Nnadozie Visits Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training Students, Donates Food Items, Cash Gift.

The Chairman of Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area in Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Celestine Nnadozie, paid a visit to the students of the Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training, leaving them in a state of jubilation. During his visit, Mayor Nnadozie extended his generosity by donating an assortment of food items and a substantial cash gift to assist the students in their pursuit of nursing education.

These enthusiastic students, who hail from Uzo-Uwani Local Government, have been beneficiaries of the Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training program, a commendable initiative that offers free training, including accommodation, meals, and overall support to young individuals with a passion for nursing. This program is made possible through the benevolence of the former Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, under his "Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training."

The primary aim of the Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training is to prepare aspiring nurses for future careers in the field, including the possibility of further education at the university level. Dr. George Ajogwu, the Director General of the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme, which oversees the Free Auxiliary Nursing Training along with a team of health professionals emphasized its role in empowering young individuals with essential nursing skills for hospitals, medical facilities, and healthcare centers.

Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the former Governor of Enugu State, has been consistently dedicated to empowering the youth of the state by providing them with various skill-building opportunities, with the Free Auxiliary Nursing Training being one of the many facets of his empowerment initiatives. He continues to offer unwavering support to the administration of Governor Peter Mbah and his Deputy, Barr Ifeanyi Ossai.

Hon. Celestine Nnadozie's recent visit and donations to the students of Gburugburu Free Auxiliary Nursing Training exemplify his commitment to upholding and expanding upon the noble work initiated by former Governor Ugwuanyi. His actions have brought smiles to the faces of the students from his Local Government, Uzo-Uwani, and are a testament to the unity and support that characterizes Enugu State's dedication to the betterment of its youth.

  1. I am personally disappointed by the above publication. The so called mayor involving Gburugburu this type of write up is indirectly insulting him because it is shame to Nsukka people. This time around even the schools of Nursing are changing to colleges of Nursing. Are we growing wiser or are we patronising quacks. You better delete this to avoid disgracing your local government area. Look for something very useful and do it for your people instead of promoting situations that is very deadly for your people. Producing auxiliary quack nurses are more dangerous than HIV/AIDS, HEPATITIS B INFECTION.
