On Friday, at Obollo Eke in Udenu LGA, Governor Peter Mbah and the Deputy Governor, Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai attended the funeral ceremony for the departed eminent jurist, Hon. Justice Raphael Agbo, OFR, Justice of the Court of Appeal.
Governor Mbah said:
"Justice Raphael Agbo was a man of great integrity and uprightness whose judicial decisions were guided by the principles of natural justice and fairness to all. He led a life of genuine service to humanity and etched his name on the sands of time. His legacy will forever live on.
*"Although his sad passing will be greatly felt in Enugu State and the legal profession in the country and beyond, we are grateful that such a colossus was once part of us.*
*"As I pray for the peaceful repose of his soul, I ask the good Lord to console his family and give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss."*
