As the good people of Enugu State continue to celebrate with encomiums the Governor Peter Mbah's 100 Days in Office in concomitant with his numerous achievements since the assumption of office on May 29th,which includes stemming the tide of insecurity, ending the incessant and eco-adversary Sit-a-Home endemic, assiduous efforts towards providing portable water for every home,establishment of Distress Response Initiative cum Brand new Security Vehicles to the Nigerian Police,Business Investment Summit,other administrative and economic oriented policies and many more, the Executive Director of Monday Diamond Foundation(NGO) and the Director General of Peace and Good Governance Group (P3G) Hon Monday Diamond Ani in a press statement has commended the Governor for his proactiveness and achievements in the shortest period of time.
The multi-gifted influential youth leader who convened the National Debate 2022 said that one of the Wisest Decisions ever made so far by His Excellency Barr Peter Mbah is the appointment of Dr GOC AJAH Mni as the Executive Chairman of Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB).
Odoziobodo as he is fondly called noted that Gov Peter Mbah made other fantastic appointments by appointing notable, sound and result oriented persons so far,but designating Dr GOC Ajah to ENSUBEB is a perfect match because GOC Ajah's academic, public service and technocratic records speak volume.
Recall that Dr GOC Ajah hitherto held the record of being the Nigeria youngest inductee of National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (Mni), and so far the only Permanent Secretary in Enugu State who served in the Ministry of Environment,Head of Service,SSG's Office, Ministry of Education, ENSUBEB, Ministry of Agriculture, Governor's Office and later Secretary to the Government of Enugu State.
This beaurocratic curriculum vitae of the man called GOC Ajah is unmatchable of a civil servant in a State ,and therefore, heading the ENSUBEB Board is akin to sending a Veteran British Naval Chief to sail through the lake of Buckingham.
GOC Ajah with his Team will definitely propel the Primary Basic Education sector of the State to a greater height and to the glory of God in line with the transformative agenda of Gov Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
