THANK YOU MESSAGE

"The Women Support Women Community Network (WOSCONET) officially expresse our appreciation to the Executive Governor of Enugu State Governor, His Excellency, Barr. This was demonstrated by your nomination of our organisation, WOSCONET 's Co-founder and Board Secretary, Mrs Valentina Ngozi Enih, along with other women, Mrs Ada Chukwu, and Mrs Ben Ugochi Madueke, in the list of commissioner nominees submitted to the state house of assembly on Thursday, 27th July 2023"

This accomplishment is being recognized and applauded by WOSCONET, indicating the importance and positive impact of such initiatives on gender equality and women's rights"

"Governor Peter Mbah's gender sensitivity as reflected both in the appointment of his aides and recent nomination of Commissioners in Enugu State has set the nation at the global map. Nigeria as a member of the United Nations signed and ratified the various relevant international instruments, treaties and conventions without reservation. These instruments have always emphasized that member nations put in place all the necessary mechanisms needed to eliminate gender discriminations, ensure equality and human dignity to all gender, by meeting up with 35% benchmark inclusion of women in governance. Nigeria has recorded barely 10%, but Governor Peter Mbah's philosophical approach and determination to enthrone all-round innovative scaled a whooping 20% landmark in the first set of his appointment alone which only interpretes the maxim, "TOMORROW IS HERE"

Congratulations to our Co-founder and Board Secretary, Mrs Valentina Ngozi Enih!

Congratulations to our great amazons, Mrs Ada Chukwu and Mrs Ben Ugochi Madueke!
