The good people of Nkanu East could not hide their feelings towards Rt Hon, Nnajiofor for the enemus sacrifice he made by forfeiting his own ambition of returning to the Enugu state house of assembly which they heard that he had spent over 7 million naira at the time , for their son Dr, Barr, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah to emerge as the guber candidate of the PDP in Enugu state. They maintained that the gods of Nnaku East will for ever be fair and kind to him and his family.
The people equally stated that the entire Nkanu people are in-depthed to him Rt Hon, Paul Osondu Nnajiofor for his sacrifice in ensuring that their son in the person of Dr, Mbah emerged the candidate and for his tireless efforts in ensuring Mbah won the election.
They pleaded with Nnajiofor to continue in his leadership roles in Nkanu East, Nkanu land, Enugu state and Nigeria at large. They went ahead to request for Rt Hon, Nnajiofor not to distance himself from supporting their son and brother, they said that they are looking up to hon Paul to continue to play pivotal roles to ensure Barr, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah succeeds as the governor of Enugu state. Stating that they are counting him to ensure Mbah leads Enugu state well, haven known what he Nnajiofor is capable of.
In his words Rt Hon, Paul Osondu Nnajiofor thanked his CONSTITUENTS for giving him the opportunity to serve them in the Enugu state house of assembly, he equally thanked them for their support during the years he served them in the assembly, he pleaded with them to extend same level of support to his successor.....
On the plea from him to continue to support Barr, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah to do well in office as governor of Enugu state. He Nnajiofor said that it is their project rather he encouraged the good people of Nkanu East and the entire Nkanu land to see and take project Peter Mbah as their project which every Nkanu son and daughter must support.
