Breaking! PAWIHUB Partners with Enugu State Government, Embarks on Female Empowerment Programme, tagged "Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi Girl-Child Aviation Scholarship"

While the gap between the number of male and female workers in the aviation industry continues to widen in Africa, there is need for deliberate engagement and empowerment of young girls who wish to enroll into professional courses to obtain Pilot certificates such as Sport Pilot, Recreational Pilot, Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, etc. It is in a bid to bridge this gap that Probity and Accountability Watch Initiative (PAWIHUB) has collaborated with the Enugu State Government to champion a scholarship program for young females who have the dreams to become pilots but are limited by resources to pursue their career in aviation industry.

"The Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi Girl-Child Aviation Scholarship" is one of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's efforts to empower young females in Enugu State to becoming global Pilot Champions in the next few years.  Rt.Hon.Dr Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's passion for the girl child is a drive to his pet project "she can fly"  A Pilot talent hunt to empower the next female Pilots between the ages of 15 to 25 years for local and international Pilot career.

Required Criteria;

1. Candidates must be females between the ages bracket of 16 to 25.

2. Candidates must be Enugu State Indegenes.

3. Candidates Must possess WAEC, NECO, GCE or OND.

4. Candidates must present NIN or Voters Card as Means of Identification.

5. Candidates must sign undertaken to finish the program.

6. Candidates must not falsify documents.

Qualified candidates will enjoy full sponsorship in desired courses.
