On Thursday 13th April 2023, we witnessed the Graduation Ceremony of our Batch C Auto Revamp Innovative Training Program (AITP) and the issuance of Certificates with cohorts also having the opportunity to work with Autoease Limited full time.
After months of hard work, dedication, and passion, they have successfully completed this intensive program, which has equipped them with the skills and knowledge needed to become leaders in the automobile industry.
Throughout this program, our graduates have undergone rigorous training in various areas, including electrical systems, automotive engineering, and design. They have worked on a wide range of vehicles, from classic cars to modern models, learning how to diagnose and fix complex issues, as well as how to enhance performance and functionality.
However, this program has been much more than just a technical training. Our graduates have also developed valuable soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership, which are essential in any professional setting. They have also learned the importance of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, which are at the core of our industry.
As we celebrate this graduation, we want to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of our graduates, as well as the support and guidance of the trainers and the entire management of Autoease Limited (Our esteemed partner). We are proud of our graduates' accomplishments and confident that they will make a positive impact on the automobile industry and the communities they serve.
